When This Chapter Feels Unfamiliar.
You can care deeply about your family and still feel exhausted. You can welcome a new chapter and miss the life you knew. There is room to talk about all of it.
You're caring for everyone else,
with little left for yourself.
Your mood, body, or sense of self feels unfamiliar.
You're carrying more
than anyone realizes.
Your roles are changing and you're unsure of what's next.
You miss the closeness you had, even as relationships evolve.
You're carrying a loss that others may not fully understand.
Individual counseling offers space to understand what feels difficult, explore your needs, and find ways to move through change.
How We Can Support You

Perimenopause & Menopause
Explore the emotional and relationship changes of this transition, including anxiety, irritability, body image, and feeling unlike yourself. Counseling supports your emotional well-being alongside medical care.

Caregiving &
Aging Parents
Talk about the exhaustion, guilt, grief, and responsibility of supporting aging parents or loved ones. Find room for your own needs while navigating changing family roles.

Changing Family Roles & Relationships
Navigate an empty nest, changing relationships with adult children, or shifting family expectations. Explore boundaries, work through difficult conversations, and make room for your own life as your role changes.

Grief &
Loss
Find space for grief after a death, the uncertainty of anticipatory grief, or losses involving relationships and the future you imagined. Your feelings do not have to follow a particular timeline.

Career, Identity & Life Transitions
A career change, retirement, or a shift in your relationships can raise questions about identity and purpose. Explore what matters to you and the choices you want to make next.

ASSOCIATE CLINICIAN
Supporting adults through midlife and beyond is work I care deeply about. This chapter can bring meaningful new possibilities, but it can also leave you feeling stretched thin, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself. I want therapy to be a place where you can speak openly about what’s hard without feeling pressured to put a positive spin on it.
Whether you’re navigating menopause, caring for an aging parent, adjusting to changing relationships with your children, or grieving someone or something important to you, we can take time to understand what these changes mean for you. Together, we’ll explore what you need, where boundaries might help, and what you want life to look like moving forward.
My hope is that you feel heard and supported, with more room to care for yourself and greater confidence in the choices ahead.
