ASSOCIATE CLINICIAN
Anxiety can have a way of making your world feel smaller. You may find yourself avoiding situations, second-guessing your choices, getting caught in cycles of worry, or feeling like fear is making more decisions about your life than you are.
I work with adults navigating OCD, panic, anxiety, and trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and active—we’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck, build practical skills, and help you gradually face the things anxiety has taught you to fear or avoid.
My goal isn’t for you to never feel anxious again. It’s to help you feel more confident in your ability to handle difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences so that anxiety no longer gets to dictate how you live.
Helping you build a life guided by your values—not your fears.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I want you to feel heard and supported, but I also want our work together to help you move toward meaningful change.
We’ll take time to understand your experiences, what matters most to you, and the patterns that may be getting in the way. From there, we’ll develop tools you can use beyond the therapy room and work toward approaching situations with greater confidence and flexibility.
I tailor therapy to each person rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, drawing from evidence-based treatments including CBT, DBT, ACT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and EMDR when appropriate.

What I Love About This Work
One of the most meaningful parts of being a counselor is watching someone do something they once believed they couldn’t.
I became a counselor because I wanted to create a space where people could feel truly heard, validated, and supported. Over time, I’ve come to value just how powerful the therapeutic relationship can be. When you feel safe enough to be vulnerable, there’s room to explore new perspectives, develop deeper insight, and begin making meaningful changes.
I love being able to walk alongside clients as they challenge old patterns, face things that once felt overwhelming, and discover that they’re capable of more than anxiety or fear may have led them to believe. Those moments of growth—both big and small—are what make this work so meaningful to me.
