ASSOCIATE CLINICIAN

Midlife can bring changes you expected—and plenty you didn't. From shifting relationships and family roles to caregiving, loss, hormonal changes, career transitions, and questions about what comes next, this season of life can feel complicated.

I work with adults navigating midlife and beyond, offering a warm, supportive space to make sense of what's changing, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, supported, and encouraged as you navigate life's challenges. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your unique experiences, and help you move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Creating a space where you can simply be yourself.

You may spend years caring for others, building a career, raising a family, maintaining relationships, and managing responsibilities—only to reach a point where you begin wondering what you need now.

Therapy can give you space to slow down and explore the changes happening within you and around you. Together, we'll work through what's weighing on you, identify patterns and relationships that may be contributing, and develop practical ways to navigate this next chapter.

Why I Chose Counseling

I've always been drawn to supporting others through life's challenges and helping people recognize their own strengths. Counseling has given me the opportunity to combine compassion with practical guidance, creating a space where clients can build healthier coping skills, develop greater confidence, and move toward lasting emotional wellness.

One of the things I enjoy most about this work is witnessing people discover resilience they didn't realize they had. It's a privilege to walk alongside clients as they grow, heal, and create positive change in their lives.
