ASSOCIATE CLINICIAN
Sometimes life looks very different from the one you thought you were building. A career that once felt right may no longer fit. Your health may change unexpectedly. The responsibilities you're carrying may become heavier than you anticipated. Relationships and family roles can shift. And sometimes even changes you've chosen can leave you grieving what you're leaving behind. I work with adults navigating life transitions, unexpected changes, and the complicated emotions that can come when life looks different from what you thought it would. Together, we'll make space for what you've experienced, explore what matters to you now, and help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
A space to figure out what comes next.
You don't have to come to therapy with the right words—or even know exactly where to begin.
My style is warm, conversational, collaborative, and appropriately direct. I want you to feel genuinely seen and understood while also helping you recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you.
We'll make room to process what has happened while also developing practical tools you can use outside of our sessions. Therapy doesn't have to feel clinical or intimidating to be meaningful. Sometimes it's a place to understand yourself more deeply, sometimes it's a place to learn how to do things differently, and sometimes it's simply where you finally get enough space to figure out what you actually want.
Why I Chose Counseling
I've always been fascinated by people—how we make meaning of our experiences, how our relationships shape us, and how we continue to grow and redefine ourselves throughout our lives.
What I find most meaningful about counseling is the opportunity to meet people during moments when life feels uncertain, overwhelming, or different from what they imagined, and help them recognize that those moments don't have to define the entirety of their stories.
Sometimes we need support processing what has happened. Sometimes we need practical tools. And sometimes we need space to figure out what we actually want. I value creating a therapeutic relationship that makes room for all three.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You don't have to have everything figured out.
Whether life changed unexpectedly or you're realizing that something in your life needs to change, you don't have to navigate what comes next alone. Therapy can give you space to understand where you've been, reconnect with what matters to you, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
