CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Grow Into the Clinician
You Aspire to Be

Beginning your career as an Associate Professional Counselor is an exciting milestone—but it can also feel overwhelming. Beyond earning supervision hours, you're developing your clinical identity, building confidence, navigating ethical decisions, and learning how to care for clients while also caring for yourself.

The TheraRise Associate Clinician Program was created to support that journey through individualized supervision, meaningful mentorship, and hands-on experience within a collaborative specialty practice.

You're Not Just Completing Hours

YOU'RE BUILDING A CAREER.

The supervision you choose shapes far more than your licensure. It influences how you think clinically, how you navigate ethical decisions, how you care for yourself, and the kind of therapist you become.

At TheraRise, supervision is designed to help you develop confidence, curiosity, and a strong clinical foundation—not simply fulfill a requirement.

FOUNDER & CLINICAL DIRECTOR

I believe supervision is one of the most influential relationships in a clinician's early career. My approach combines encouragement with thoughtful challenge, creating a space where associate clinicians can ask questions, explore uncertainty, and continue developing their confidence without fear of having all the answers.

As a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) and founder of TheraRise Counseling & Consulting, I'm passionate about mentoring clinicians who are committed to providing ethical, inclusive, and compassionate care. My supervision style is collaborative, practical, and rooted in the belief that growth happens through curiosity, reflection, and authentic connection.

Whether we're discussing complex clinical cases, celebrating progress, or navigating difficult moments together, my goal is to help you build not only the skills required for licensure, but the confidence to thrive throughout your career.
