The TheraRise Associate Clinician Program is designed for recent graduates and APC candidates who are pursuing LPC licensure in Georgia and are interested in developing clinical confidence, professional identity, and private practice experience within a supportive specialty teletherapy practice.
At TheraRise, supervision is about more than completing hours.

TheraRise Counseling & Consulting is a boutique teletherapy practice specializing in LGBTQIA+ care, infertility, family building, pregnancy, postpartum, new parenting, life transitions, and women’s issues.
We are passionate about developing confident, skilled clinicians and creating a collaborative environment where both clients and clinicians can thrive.
The Associate Clinician Program offers individualized clinical supervision, mentorship, administrative support, and opportunities to build a sustainable caseload while practicing within a specialty private practice setting.

What You'll Receive
Individualized Clinical Supervision
Supervision with Kaitlyn McLaughlin Ide, LPC, NCC, CPCS, with over 7 years of clinical experience and specialized niche population experience.
Telehealth-Based Practice
A flexible, fully telehealth model serving clients in Georgia
Administrative & Billing Support
Access to practice systems, billing support, documentation workflows, and telehealth infrastructure
Website & Marketing Visibility
A professional profile on TheraRise website and inclusion in practice marketing when appropriate
Developmental Compensation Model
A 60/40 split during the Initial Associate Clinician phase, with the opportunity to transition to 70/30 as you grow, develop independence, and build your caseload.
Mentorship Beyond Licensure Hours
Support with clinical confidence, professional identity, caseload development, specialty exploration, and long-term career planning.

My goal is not simply to help you meet licensure requirements. My goal is to help you think critically, develop confidence in your clinical judgment, and grow into the therapist you want to become.

How the Process Works
Step 1: Complete the Interest Application
Tell me more about your education, clinical experience, interests, and professional goals.
Step 2: Schedule a Discovery Call
This brief 15-20 minute call gives us a chance to connect, answer initial questions, and determine whether it makes sense to move forward.
Step 3: Mutual Fit Conversation
If there seems to be alignment, we'll sechedule a longer conversation to explore your goals, supervision needs, clinical interests, and whether TheraRise feels like the right fit for both of us.
Step 4: Onboarding
If we decided to move forward, we'll complete the required agreements, supervision paperwork, tehnollogy setup, and onboarding steps before you begin seeing clients.
