About Me

Welcome, I'm so glad you're here! I'm Kaitlyn McLaughlin, MS. LPC.

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) licensed in Georgia and Florida and I practice solely online via video teletherapy. I have been a therapist for 5 years and find passion in my job each day. I am honored to get to walk alongside others on their unique journeys through life's challenges and difficult seasons of life.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Georgia with a B.S. in Psychology (minor in Sociology) in 2016. I then obtained my M.S. in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University in 2019. I received the Ali McNichols Outstanding Graduate Student Award I completed my internship experiences at Positive Impact Health Centers, Rape Response, and Brenau Center for Counseling and Psychological Services. I completed my post-graduate supervision requirements as an associate professional counselor at CMS Counseling.

I am an active member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia (LPCA of GA), and American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) - Mental Health & LGBT+

When I am not practicing therapy, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our infant daughter, and our 3 cats. I like reading, doing jigsaw puzzles and playing board games, traveling, and crafting.
