Online Therapy for Georgia, Florida, & South Carolina Residents
One-on-one video sessions just for you. A place where you don't have to feel weird talking about yourself for 1-hour straight.
Relationships are challenging. In couple's therapy, building communication and finding ways to connect are the cornerstones of successful relationships.
Members of the queer community often experience unique obstacles in life. It's so important to be affirmed and supported in your unique challenges.
Family building can be exciting and stressful - especially for LGBTQIA+ and infertile families. Having a space to process this transition can be helpful as you navigate this new time in your life.
I tailor my treatment plan to each individual client. We are all unique beings who need different things; which is something that is very important in the therapeutic journey. I pull from cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, attachment-based, and self-compassion theories as my main focuses and work to provide each client with personalized care.
About Me
Hi there! I'm Kaitlyn.
I am a licensed professional counselor based in Atlanta, Georgia and I practice solely online via video teletherapy. I have been a therapist for 4 years and find passion in getting to know people and helping them through difficult seasons of life. At TheraRise Counseling, I'm able to fulfill my passion by serving those who need support and compassionate care.
When I'm not practicing therapy, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our infant daughter, and our three cat furbabies. I love to read, binge a good TV show, get crafty, and listen to music.
The work you do outside of therapy is what fosters long-term positive change. I utilize many resources to help instill what is discovered in therapy to your every day life.
Visual aids can be helpful when we get in our heads and need a reminder.
